Fully clothed, hands-on, and nothing asked of you. PNF stretching - proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation - with breathwork and nervous-system work to restore range that stays. Slow and precise rather than forceful. The gentler alternative to massage, and the right choice for stiffness, post-training recovery, or a body worn down by sitting and stress.

Evidence-based manual therapy with the nervous system in mind. Myofascial release, deep tissue and trigger point work, breath-guided fascial work, and PNF-assisted mobility where it helps.
Includes handcrafted Axiom massage oil, eye mask, weighted blanket, music chosen to suit you, and a follow-up message within 24 hours with a rehab plan of your own.

The full session, and the one to book if something has been wrong for months rather than days. Ninety minutes is long enough to reach the fascial web, the muscular imbalances and the patterns that stress has stored - rather than treating the place that hurts and leaving.
Advanced deep tissue and sports massage, trigger point release, joint mobilisation, PNF-assisted stretching, and vagus nerve and breathwork integration. We do not just treat pain. We unwind it.

Not generic fitness coaching. Fascial mobility and decompression, breathwork and nervous-system regulation, functional strength and movement correction, core and posture, injury prevention. Built around your body, your history and your week.
Fifteen years of hands-on work with athletes, high performers, and people coming back from chronic pain.

- An intake form arrivesHealth history, current symptoms, anything I need to know before I put hands on you. It takes five minutes and it means the first appointment is treatment rather than paperwork.
- I come to youI bring the table and everything else. You need a space about the size of a double bed, and somewhere to wash my hands.
- A receipt followsFor the two RMT treatments, issued with my registration number for your extended health provider. The assisted stretch and coaching sessions are not RMT services and are not claimable.
Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged in full. Not a policy I enjoy - a mobile appointment is a travel slot as well as a treatment slot, and it cannot be filled at short notice.
